Specific uses: Internally it can be taken as a tea, tincture or capsule. It is also commonly used topically in an oil or bath.

Contraindications: Has a blood thinning effect and may have an effect on hormone-related medications. Can potentially lower blood sugar to undesired levels.  Pregnant and nursing mothers should consult a physician before use.
