Actions and qualities: In humans, it treats anxiety, spasms, headaches and anxiety. For cats, it has different effects depending on the individual. It can have either stimulating or relaxant effects.

Specific uses: For humans, it can be used as a tea, tincture or poultice. For cats, it is used fresh or dried. The cat may eat it or just smell and roll in it.
