Fire cider is an herbal remedy with origins that date back to ancient times and span the globe. It is most recently popularized and perfected by well-known herbalist Rosemary Gladstar. The most basic version combines horseradish root, ginger root, garlic and onion in apple cider vinegar. Our Thai-inspired version contains spicy and sweet flavors unique to Thai cuisine, and is perfect for the curry lovers.
