Greek Mountain Tea Flower - Sideritis

Actions and qualities: Immune boosting, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, helps regulate healthy blood pressure and helps soothe stomach discomfort and anxiety.

Specific uses:  Leaves, flowers and stalks are brewed into a tea with a delicious green-tea-like flavor. It can also be made into tincture or capsules, or used topically as a poultice, salve, oil or bath tea.
