Spiritual Awakening Tea

This tea blend was originally formulated to complement an intensive Samadhi breathwork & meditation experience. It was designed, in particular, to help you move outside of yourself and reach for something greater–whether that be lucid dreaming, connecting to a higher power, or another quest. The following herbs were selected to support this purpose...

Culinary sage (Salvia officinalis): This herb of wisdom enhances our ability to be mentally present. It can notably help with alertness and attention span.

Clary sage (Salvia sclarea): Clary sage has strong associations with visioning and the divine feminine. Connected to the third eye chakra, clary sage promotes clarity, insight, and emotional release.

Lavender (Lavandula spp.): Renowned for its sedative properties, lavender is also associated with purification, peace, and protection. Lavender is linked to the crown chakra, which connotes higher consciousness, spiritual awakening, and enlightenment.

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris): Mugwort is famous for its effects on dreaming, which can be intense. This herb may push you into the lucid world and wake up parts of your subconscious mind that have been long left undisturbed.

Catnip (Nepeta cataria): With calming and soothing effects on people, catnip can promote tranquility and joy in your spiritual practice. It is widely believed to attract positive energy when used in ritual. 

Cautions: Should be avoided by pregnant & nursing mothers and children. Avoid if you’re allergic to flowers in the Asteraceae (daisy) family. Consult a qualified health professional if you’re taking central nervous system medications, antidepressants, or sleep medications or if you have a blood sugar disorder or history of low blood pressure.
