Our SpiritWorks Retreat Tea contains a blend of peppermint, skullcap lateriflora, and chamomile. This tea was formulated by Dr. Sam Madeira, a naturopathic physician and clinical herbalist, for the herbal retreats at the SpiritWorks Farm's Retreat Center. With herbs that boast both calming and focusing properties, you'll emerge from your cup of tea more mentally alert and focused. Steep one teaspoon tea per cup hot water for 5-10 minutes. Certified Organic with no chemicals used. Cultivated, harvested, and processed by hand.
